"What is that visionary sight/ Before my eyes/So prominent/ So mesmerizing turbulent...
Well I'm already drawn/Close to the devine/Intoxicating images are rushing through my mind/Embodiment of sin Has kindled me within/Sensations seems to multiplay/They're building up inside
Cutting through the night/Radiating light/I've seen you move the crowd/I know what you're about/The stories I have heard/The talk about excess/I know what people say/But surely you impress
Charismatic pill/You elevated sun/Vanity and pride Added into one/A universal force/An autonomic high/A thing I can't control/No matter how I try
Well I'm not holding back/Ready to commence/Caught up in your blizzard/So confusing and intense/Synergy of two/Energy gone wild...
Charismatic drug/You elevated sun/Vanity and pride/Added into one/A universal force/An atonomic high/A thing I can't control/No matter how I try ...
Wonders of deligth/Cutting through the night/Known you got it all/I can't do without/Burning in my veins/Ripping through my soul/I'll never be the same/A secret can't be told ... " Röyksopp - Circuit Breaker [link] I hope you will love it!

Light shines brighter in the dark, truth is more precious when unveils the lies, our souls expand when we see more than appearances and illusions, our eyes see deeper when we become what we see, synergy of beings, synergy of light. Beautiful moment of revelation. Your illuminated rose irradiates the light from within and attracts the light around. Does our thirst of light also create darkness? Do we drink all the light there is to shine more in the dark? Could our inner light shine without darkness? In a text I wrote some days ago, I say that "the only purpose of darkness is to show the light". When I try to find a symbolic synthesis of what I seek in life, I always arrive to the same answer: LIGHT. Darkness is amorphous, monolithic, nihilist repetition of nothing, apocalyptic sight, endless denial of reality itself. From darkness nothing more can arise than more and more darkness until all the memory of light fades and nothing more is left. Your rose reminded me of the reasons why I love so much the light... philosophical and ethical reasons but also the human reasons that come from the experiences of life. Did you ever walk all alone in a burned field, away from any houses or human beings, walking without seeing the ground, just looking avidly to the horizon in search of a light, a tiny light in the distance? I went through that experience when I was 15/16 years old. The details of that long walk in the darkness still seem to me something that happened to another person in a movie not to me. It's amazing how our brains work when we experience extreme fear... That was one of the many times that I was able to save myself from the darkness, real darkness. I guess that we all have illuminated roses in our minds to help us to find the way to the light. May these roses shine forever. This one was inspiring. Forgive me the biographical note, but I'm not an artist, a photographer, an expert in anything, I can just speak about what I see, feel and live.
Your vision and creativity shines, you have a great eye for photogenic fauna and you have put together a beautiful image. Despite many glowing flowers (it is a rather popular aesthetic isn't it?) it is still an eye catching theme. While it does get my attention I'm afraid I feel like it loses its novelty after awhile, although compared to other magic glowing flowers the white and black shadow contrast is definitely a more dramatic effect. I would be interested in more objects and subjects using this effect technique to see how creative you can be with it. It's a strong piece, albeit maybe not the most lasting.
